Definition of Terms
1.The term "exhibitor" means a company, association, organization, individual, etc. who submitted an application for participation in this exhibition.
2.Exhibition refers to AI TECH+ show 2024.
3.The term "organizer" means the Kimdaejung Convention Center located at 30, Sangmunuri-ro, Seo-gu, Gwangju. Korea.
Application for Participation
1.In principle, applications for participation in the exhibition should be made online through the website(greensmartfarmasia.com). However, exhibitors who wish to apply in writing may apply for participation by filling out a prescribed application form with the cooperation of the organizer
2.When submitting an application for participation, the exhibitor shall pay the participation application fee(booth participation fee, additional facility fee), and this agreement is deemed to have been established by paying the participation application fee. However, if the area of the exhibition hall is sufficient or if it is judged that the item to be submitted is not suitable for the exhibition, the organizer may refuse to apply for participation, and even after receiving the application, the organizer may return the participation fee within 15 days.
3.The exhibitor shall immediately notify the organizer of any changes in the contents of all documents submitted, such as the application for participation already submitted, and the exhibitor shall be responsible for any disadvantages caused by unannounced notice.
Allocation of exhibition booths
1.The organizer considers the nationality, the nature of the exhibits, the area of application, and the location of the participants according to the order of the application, and allocates the exhibition locations for each exhibitor with utmost respect.
2.If there are special circumstances, the organizer may change and allocate the location and area of the exhibition booth selected by the exhibitor in consultation with the exhibitor before the installation period of the exhibition equipment, and the exhibitor shall cooperate as much as possible.
Management of the Exhibition Hall
1.Exhibitors shall display exhibits and arrange resident personnel to ensure the management of their booths.
2.If the exhibitor exhibits items different from those specified in the application form, exhibits items that do not conform to the nature of the exhibition, or sells directly without prior permission, the organizer may order immediate suspension, removal or removal. In this case, the participation fee is not refunded, and the exhibitor cannot claim compensation accordingly.
3.If necessary, the organizer may restrict access to the exhibition hall by a specific person.
4.The exhibitor may not transfer, resell, or exchange all or part of the allocated exhibition area to another person without the organizer's written consent.
5.Exhibitors shall not change the floor, ceiling, pillar, wall, etc. of the exhibition room to the original state, and shall compensate for damages to the exhibition hall in accordance with the organizer's request for restoration.
5.The organizer may selectively exclude or restrict exhibition items, exhibition activities, etc. in order to maintain order, safety management, and prevent acts that may cause social controversy.
Conditions for Payment of Participation Fees
1.Participation fee is the sum of booth participation fee and auxiliary facility fee, and the participation fee is equivalent to the application form.
2.The exhibitor shall pay 50% of the participation fee ( booth participation fee, auxiliary facility fee) as a down payment within 5 days from the date of receipt of the invoice for participation in the exhibition, and the balance shall be paid in full by the application deadline (Sep 30, 2024 (Mon)).
3.If the exhibitor fails to pay all expenses related to the exhibition, such as booth participation fees and auxiliary facilities, the organizer may withhold participation or selectively attract the exhibitor's exhibits until full payment.
4.If the application for participation exceeds the deadline for application (Sep 30, 2024 (Mon)), the participation fee must be paid 100% in full along with the application for participation.
Cancellation or change of participation of exhibitors
1.If the exhibitor cancels all or part of the agreed exhibition area, the exhibitor shall immediately notify the cancellation application in writing in accordance with the provisions set by the organizer, and the organizer shall take action in accordance with the AI TECH+ Show 2024 participation regulations.
2.If the exhibitor's participation is canceled pursuant to paragraph 1 of this Article, the refund shall be different according to the date of notification of cancellation. The organizer shall refund 100% of the participation fee received from the exhibitor only if the notification of cancellation is received by the deadline for application (Sep 30, 2024 (Mon)). Otherwise, if the notice of cancellation is received after Sep 30, 2024 (Mon), the participation fee shall not be refunded at all.
3.Interest is not paid on the refund amount.
Cancellation or alteration of the exhibition
If the organizer cancels the holding of the exhibition (including cancellation of the event due to the national disaster policy due to infectious diseases such as COVID-19), the entire participation fee already paid will be refunded to the exhibitor. However, if the exhibition is canceled or the date of holding is changed or reduced due to special circumstances other than force majeure or other reasons attributable to the organizer, it shall not be returned. In this case, the exhibitor cannot claim compensation from the organizer.
Display of equipment and exhibits
The exhibitor shall complete the import and display of devices, exhibits, and exhibits within the designated exhibition area within the designated period.
Elimination of exhibits and equipment
The exhibitor shall take out all goods and equipment within the designated period, and if the export is delayed, he/she shall immediately pay the organizer all expenses borne by the organizer. In principle, it is impossible to take it out in advance before the end of the exhibition, and if it is inevitable, it must be consulted with the organizer in advance.
Expense, Risk and Insurance at the Exhibition Hall
1.The organizer shall take appropriate security measures for exhibitors and visitors.
2.The exhibitor is fully responsible for damages and theft of equipment and exhibits within the dividend area generated during the exhibition period and the demolition period.
3.If an exhibitor intentionally or negligently causes fire, theft, damage, or other accidents to cause damage to the organizer or others, the exhibitor is fully liable for compensation, and insurance for exhibits, etc. is also the responsibility of the exhibitor.
Fire Prevention and Major Disaster Prevention Rules
1.Equipment and all materials in the exhibition hall must be properly non-combustible in accordance with fire fighting laws.
2.The organizer may request the exhibitor to correct the fire prevention if necessary.
3.Exhibitors should take preliminary measures to prevent major disasters.
Supplementary Agreement
1.The organizer may, if necessary, enact supplementary provisions not specified in the participation agreement.
2.The supplemented regulations become part of the participation agreement, and the exhibitor must comply with it.
Dispute Resolution
Disputes arising between the organizer and the exhibitor regarding the interpretation of this participation agreement shall follow the arbitration decision of the Korea Commercial Arbitration Agency, and the decision may not be filed with the court.

In accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act, the Kim Dae Jung Convention Center has a processing policy to protect users' rights and interests and to smoothly handle user grievances related to personal information. Personal information is not used for any of the following purposes, and we will seek prior consent if the purpose of use is changed.

We process personal information for the purpose of notification for the smooth progress of the exhibition, such as business guidance, customer management, complaint handling, new service development, marketing, and advertising. As part of the exhibition certification system operated by the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy, a statement and contact information to confirm participation in this exhibition can be provided to the Korea Exhibition Industry Promotion Association.
