In 2022, Golden Yo (turmeric) curcumin yogurt signed a technology agreement (MOU) with the Jeonnam Dairy Association, Jindo Turmeric Farming Cooperative Corporation, Namyang Dairy Naju Plant, and Jeollanam-do Agricultural Research and Technology Institute to develop a dairy product in Jeollanam-do, and 'Golden Yo' came to fruition two years after the MOU was signed, and was created to utilize local agricultural products and create a win-win situation for the local economy.
Using turmeric, a local agricultural product, as the main ingredient, Golden Yo not only provides a healthy option for consumers, but also a stable source of income for local farmers. In 2025, the company plans to introduce new dairy products utilizing Goheung yuzu, pomegranate, and Boseong green tea. |
